Italian

A team from the University of Milan produces our Italian translation every week.

Portuguese

Translation team head Maria Nunes is based in Canada, and works with a team from Brazil and Portugal. The Portuguese edition is translated every week.

French

The French translation is undertaken every second issue by a team from the University of Montreal in Canada, as part of their innovative nutrition web outreach project Extenso.

Spanish

The head translator Gladys Hitchen is a dietitian living in Australia. She works with a global team from South America, Cuba, Spain and the USA. Every Update issue is translated into Spanish.

Russian

Head translator Dr. Gulnara Semenov works with a small team based in Russia to produce one Russian edition each month.

Korean

Once a month Prof. Yang Cha Lee-Kim from South Korea translates an issue into Korean. We distribute this to government and NGOs in North Korean through UNICEF.

Turkish

A team from Ege University Department of Food Science translates one issue per month into Turkish.

Japanese

The Japanese edition is currently dormant, as we seek a fresh translation team.
